Frank Scerbo 4 Contracting is owned and operated by Frank Scerbo the 4th.  Being that I was born and raised in the Pocono Mountains, there is a lot of knowledge that I hold about the area.  I have a true understanding of the quality work that customers look for in a contractor.  My family has a history of great contracting work in the area, and I have followed in my father's footsteps to provide excellent quality work for my customers.  I am fully licensed and insured to work as a contractor in Pennsylvania, and I hold a degree in Electrical Training from Ashworth College.
